Booking your event
Complete the enquiry form on the homepage or email enquiries@atokenofourevents.co.uk with the follow
- Your name & email
- Date of the event
- Location of the event
- Your package choice and any themes/add ons
- The length of time you require the hire for
Once we have received this information and confirmed our availability and any extra details with you we will email you with our T&Cs and details for deposit payment.
We do ask for a 25% deposit for all bookings which must be paid within 48hours of confirming the booking. Once we have received this we will email you with confirmation of your booking and details on when remaining balance is due.
Delivery & Set up
We offer free delivery within 15 miles of CO2, Colchester. After this we charge a small 'per mile' fee depending on location.
Set ups are available anytime throughout the day, but all set ups must be ready for collection by 6pm on collection day.
Wedding set ups are an exception for this rule and can be collected the following morning as long as agreed with your venue but will incur the overnight fee of £15.
Outdoor Set Ups
We want to be able to offer our equipment to all events but we do request that you inform us if the
Our 'outdoor' set ups are only available April - September, so please bear this in mind when booking.
Our equipment cannot be left exposed to the rain and we will refuse set up if no alternative arrangements have been made. We would always recommend having a cover such as a gazebo/marquee available for any outdoor set ups.
The equipment needs to be set up on dry, level and clean ground and the flooring provided must be in place at all times.
Please keep in mind that there is no smoking anywhere near the equipment as the smoke will ruin it.
BBQs should also not be close due to the risk of fire and for general safety purposes.
